Building an Emergency Fund One Step at a Time

When money is tight, saving for an emergency can feel impossible. Between rent or mortgage payments, groceries, utilities, transportation, and other everyday expenses, it may seem like there's nothing left to set aside.

The truth is, you don't need thousands of dollars in the bank to get started. Building an emergency fund is about creating a financial cushion one small step at a time. Even saving a few dollars consistently can make a meaningful difference when an unexpected expense arises.
