- CCCS of Chattanooga & Tennessee River Valley also offers online homebuyer education through eHome America . Like the classroom setting, this educational option will take 6-8 hours to complete. This course is offered in English and Spanish. Choose the correct link below.
This workshop and the earned certificate are needed to complete the First Home Club requirements and other local, state and Federal grant programs.
